BASIC INFORMATION
Full Name: Nageki Fujishiro.
Age: Fifteen.
Gender Identity: Male.
Human?: Nope, he's a mourning dove, but here he is indeed human.
Build: Delicate like the first flowers of spring.
Hair: Pale green in a short, sorta-kinda traditionally feminine cut.
Eyes: Orange
Voice: His VA is Saiga Mitsuki. He tends to mumble or otherwise talk very quietly/monotonously as well.
Significant Features: He's quite sickly and it shows He's alarmingly skinny, very pale and probably has circles under his eyes more often than not. Overall, it makes him look all the more gloomy to others.
INTERACTION
Outgoing?: Not at all. Nageki has social skills about as honed as a brick.
Affectionate?: Nageki is not terribly affectionate by nature, so any touchy-feely business has to be initiated by someone else. If he's comfortable with it he'll just let it happen, and if he's not then he'll extract himself as soon as possible. It's pretty hit-and-miss when it comes to him.
Romance/Sex?: Hahahaha
Friendly?: He's not very welcoming towards others, but oh god does he ever need friends, please be his friend, I'm begging you. If a person bothers him enough times eventually he'll start to warm up to them, since he tends to be drawn towards the weird and persistent ones...

Threadhopping/threadjacking: If it's a casual convo then go right ahead! But if it's obviously something significant between Nageki and somebody else, you've gotta ask us first.
