it doesn't take long for his eyes to move towards Kaworu instead, however, inspecting his face thoughtfully. there's definitely something different in his expression, something a lot more muted than his usual, more prominent enthusiasm. it isn't any of Nageki's business, but all the same... Kaworu is his friend, and it's difficult not to be concerned about his wellbeing regardless of that.]
