If I hurt them, then it is only a part of the nature of love itself. If my feelings are capable of being placed into the categorieis used by Lilim, I wouldn't know how to do so. I only know that I feel love for you, for Shinji-kun, and for everyone else I care for.

If anything, it's somewhat difficult to know how to reply to that... it's not as if Nageki isn't happy that Kaworu feels that way towards him, or as if he doesn't want him to, but when it's from someone who seems to know little of boundaries Nageki can't be blamed that his heart thumps loudly in his chest as he reads Kaworu's words. Nervousness? Maybe... but it's surely not his business, even so. He shouldn't impose himself upon the idea as if Kaworu has any personal obligation to him.]
Nonetheless, it is also in the nature of love to avoid hurting them if possible.
It would be harsh and unrealistic to expect that you would be able to completely integrate your feelings into the same formulas expressed by Lilim. Perhaps it's something you will never be able to do.
But, because you are someone that I also love, I would be happy to do my best to help you should you ever need it. There are certainly better candidates than me for that, though.
